THE CREATOR, RESOURCEX INC., SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE, RESPONSIBLE, OR ACCOUNTABLE for any material breach, data loss, unauthorized access, security incident, or any other form of compromise that may occur as a result of this platform being accessed, hacked, intercepted, or otherwise compromised by unauthorized third parties, external actors, or any other persons or entities not expressly authorized to access this platform.

ResourceX Inc. makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the absolute security of this platform. While reasonable measures have been implemented to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the data contained herein, no digital platform can guarantee complete immunity from cyber threats, unauthorized intrusions, or technological vulnerabilities.

In no event shall ResourceX Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to any security breach or unauthorized access to this platform or its contents.

All data, information, documents, communications, images, and any other materials shared, uploaded, or otherwise made available on this platform (collectively referred to as "Shared Data") are strictly confidential and intended exclusively for internal purposes.

The primary and sole objective of this platform is to keep all authorized parties informed and aware of the progress, status, and developments related to the Senneville Sur le Parc real estate development project, including but not limited to lot sales, construction progress, regulatory compliance, and project communications.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall any Shared Data found on this platform be used, directly or indirectly, for soliciting purposes, including but not limited to:

• Commercial solicitation of any kind;
• Marketing or advertising activities;
• Recruitment or headhunting of personnel;
• Competitive intelligence gathering;
• Unauthorized distribution to third parties;
• Any form of unsolicited communication to lot owners, contractors, or stakeholders using contact information obtained through this platform.

All users are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting any Shared Data for any purpose not explicitly authorized by ResourceX Inc.

Any person or party who fails to respect, comply with, or adhere to the guidelines, terms, and conditions set forth in this Legal Disclaimer will be immediately and permanently excluded from the group and shall have their access to this platform revoked without prior notice.

Such exclusion shall be at the sole discretion of ResourceX Inc. and may be enacted upon discovery of any violation, whether reported by another authorized user or identified through platform monitoring. The decision to exclude a user shall be final and not subject to appeal.

Furthermore, ResourceX Inc. reserves the right to pursue any and all available legal remedies against any person or party found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs.

By continuing to access and use this platform, each user hereby acknowledges and confirms that:

• They have read and fully understand the terms of this Legal Disclaimer;
• They agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein;
• They will use the platform and its contents solely for the internal purposes described above;
• They will not use any Shared Data for soliciting or any other unauthorized purpose;
• They understand and accept the consequences of non-compliance, including exclusion from the group.
